VO2 Max Test
Join us on the 7th September 2024 at the Fitness Box, Elagh Road, Derry if you want to take part in our first VO2 Max Test.
The test measures everything from fitness levels and heart rate elevation to breathing patterns and lung function. Based on these findings, you can gain insights into your fitness levels and our professional Hyrox trainers can then create a bespoke training plan to help you optimise your fitness in the most productive way that’s completely in tune with your body.
Registration starts at 9.00am sharp.
